Thanks to their two most recent victories over Bosnia and Armenia in the European Qualifiers, during which Italy won ten games out of ten, Roberto Mancini’s National Team moves up two places in the rankings up to thirteenth place on 1607 points.
The top of the table remains unchanged, with Belgium holding onto top spot ahead of France and Brazil. The only change in the top ten was Croatia (6th) moving ahead of Portugal (7th). Italy weren’t the only teams moving up in the rankings: Poland (19th, +2), Serbia (29th, +4) and Nigeria (31st, +4) all made positive progress in the table. The next update to the FIFA rankings will be released on 19 December.
